MDI’s strategy is to identify off-market or under-marketed multifamily properties that represent ‘value add’ opportunities. We follow a disciplined risk based investment approach, identifying attractive Class A, B, and C multifamily opportunities and employ a thorough underwriting model and due diligence process when analyzing a potential acquisition.

Zeeshan Khan is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of M. Designs Investments, a Real Estate PE Syndication Fund and multi-family property management firm specializing in the acquisition and management of value-add opportunities across California. Currently, the portfolio consists of 375 units across Nor-Cal.
Junaid Qurashi
Junaid Qurashi is a Co-Founder of M.Designs Investments an impact investment firm, investing in multifamily real estate projects. Junaid Qurashi directs the investment strategy, sources the investment capital, and secures the appropriate financing.
